      Trade Maths is designed to help Wintec students studying or intending to study in the Trades, with relevant modules to help with common trade numeracy.  However, any student who needs to up-skill or start with the basics of general numeracy is welcome to use the resource.

    • Free online maths resources for upskilling

      pathwaysawarua.com - An Aotearoa/New Zealand made resource made for NZ tertiary learners.  If you need to start at the basics we recommend you start here and make your way through the numeracy module. There are excellent modules on here for trade and service industry students.

      https://www.bbc.co.uk/teach/skillswise/maths/zfdymfr - A British based free online learning tool designed to teach basic number knowledge and up.

      https://nzmaths.co.nz/number-knowledge-activities - including key questions in Māori and links to help for Pasifika students.

      gcflearnfree.org - a global free online learning tool.

      khanacademy.org - a global and free online learning tool for all levels.
