All live Zoom sessions need to be recorded and uploaded to Moodle
All teachers recording live Zoom sessions need to follow the Principles and Practices as outlined on the Staff Intranet Zoom page.
Zoom

Zoom is the tool we use for holding live web meetings with students. It lets everyone connect and interact using video and voice as well as with tools like text chat, screen sharing, whiteboards and breakout rooms.
Zoom is predominately used in teaching because it is linked to Moodle. For all other interactions use Teams.
The Zoom Introduction course in Evolve has been updated to include the new Zoom features we should all be using. If you would like more support and/or inspiration for using Zoom for teaching, register to attend a training session. In Evolve, click Learning in the menu and then Events, and search for Zoom.
