Having contracts in place for your building projects:

    • Samples of Building Contracts Folder

Depending on the type of work being undertaken, you will need a contract between you or your company and your client.

This will provide an agreement of the work you have agreed on to be completed and the costs involved.

Without a contract in place, a client or builder can end up having disagreements about the cost of labour, the time it took, or what was expected to be completed for the verbally agreed price.
