The purpose of this module is to provide the student with the practical skills and understanding to communicate effectively with customers in the hospitality industry. It also provides the student with the ability to practice food safety, provide a safe and secure environment and protect customers in the hospitality industry as well as aiming to provide the student with practical customer skills for the hospitality industry.
